The Elder Action Committee (ELDACT) serves as an advocate and conducts services for the elderly population, especially the African American community in Northern Virginia.

 

ELDACT conducts advocacy efforts to ensure institutional and organizational responses to the needs of the elderly. They also provide social, health and educational activities for the residents of selected senior citizens facilities.
