Enriches youth culturally, socially, and developmentally through the following projects:

Delta Academy - Introduces at-risk girls, aged 11-14, to programs in math, science, and technology

SOL (Strengthening Our Leaders) -Provides educational enriching opportunities for youth ages 6-14 with existing SOL (Standards of Learning) programs. This includes tutorial support and assistance for SOL preparation, test-taking skills, math, science, reading, language arts, and computer skills.

Delta GEMS (Growing and Empowering Myself Successfully) - The goal of GEMS is to develop strong, confident, and goal oriented young women and prepare them to take an active role in their success and society. We do this through mentorship and exposing the girls to educational and cultural experiences that will help them think about, set, and work towards obtaining their goals. The Program is for adolescent girls 14 -18.
